Celebrate Halloween in safe, family-friendly style with Vancouver Mall’s Spooktacular Trick-or-Treating! Participating retailers throughout the center will be handing out candy and goodies for kids ages 10 and under. Rain or shine, families can count on Vancouver Mall for a night of festive fun in a safe indoor setting.

🎃 Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow these important guidelines:

1. Trick-or-treating is for children ages 10 and under.
2. Candy and giveaways will be available while supplies last at participating retailers.
3. No adults or children over the age of 10 are permitted to wear Halloween masks inside the center.
4. Costume accessories resembling weapons of any kind are not permitted.
5. The use of silly string, blow horns, or any powdery substance is strictly prohibited and subject to confiscation.
6. Fighting of any kind is not permitted within the center.
7. Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave the property.
