SUMMARY:Baba Yaga (puppet show)
LOCATION:Magenta Theater\, 1108 Main Street 412 E 17th St\, Vancouver\, WA
 \, 98660
DESCRIPTION:For ages 6-106! This Slavic folktale features a curmudgeonly w
itch\, a hedgehog prince who travels through the forest on his noble roost
er\, and a brave little girl named Marusia who is in search of turnips. As
Marusia and her friend the hedgehog match wits with Baba Yaga\, the most
marvelous story unfolds with magical brews\, a treacherous dragon and Bab
a’s outrageous house on chicken legs. Complimentary craft-making is availa
ble before and after the show and their will be a puppet demo and meet & g
reet following the performance. Is this show scary? This musical productio
n features some parts that small children might find scary and may not be
suitable for children under 6. A good rule of thumb is if your child can m
ake it through the scary bits in an animated Disney movie\, they will most
likely do just fine! However\, we do not recommend this particular show f
or their first ever puppet show
